It startled me awake early Saturday morning. What was this strange sound coming from outside? Could it actually be....raining? Yes, indeed! It poured most of the weekend. Our backyard became a fun playground of puddles for the kids. Swimming in the rain was a huge hit with Lydia and John as well. Only downside was showing up to a park for a schoolmate's Birthday party right as the rain picked-up. We played in the car for a hour until the party was eventually cancelled. People in San Diego don't make back-up plans. Megan
