The last few practices of Lydia's soccer season were a little difficult; it took a lot of coercion to get Lydia to participate. John and I decided to take a break and try again when Lydia is older. We are also trying not to fall into the trap of over-scheduling kids in activities. However, Lydia came home from school one day asking to take ballet. And then again the next day...and the next. So when I saw a good deal on a class at a studio near our house, I signed up. Lydia began ballet/tap classes last week and she seems motivated to do her best. Here she is showing me some of her moves before heading to class. Do I have what it takes to be a Dance Mom? Megan
