Smiles are Back

Jack had a miserable Thursday and Friday.  A trip to the ER Saturday morning revealed a fever of 104.  What we initially thought was teething was more involved, most likely the flu.  Jack began taking stronger pain and fever medicine.  By the afternoon, his fever was down and he was all smiles.  Our happy boy is back.  Megan

Poor Jack is getting his first molars and has been in a lot of pain for over a week now.  Please bring him some relief soon!

Let's Do It!

95 degree temps in the middle of March pushed us to make a decision.  Time to put in a above ground pool!  It is the best way to beat the heat.  This is Lydia's we-are-getting-a-pool celebratory dance.  Mom and Dad are equally excited.

Pretzel Love

A Hunk and a Jokester

Check out this little hunk with rosey cheeks! Jack's personality is really starting to shine.  He likes to play little jokes on John and I.  Jack will reach for us to take him out of the bath or crib with a whimper.  When we go to pick him up, he will plop down and giggle as if to say "Fooled you!  I'm not ready to get out!"  Megan

My Little Ponies

Let's talk My Little Ponies.  Lydia loves them, a lot.  It is her number one toy right now.  Puzzles are out, ponies are in.  Before bed, she puts all her ponies to sleep in the castle, a process that can take up to 45 minutes.  That's how much care she puts into finding each pony a perfect sleeping spot.  Megan
